Honey and supercars – a match made in heaven?
There have been so many iconic duos over the years.
Whether it’s Ant and Dec, fish and chips, Lamborghini and honey.
Okay, you’re probably wondering what on earth the last one is doing in there.
Well, it’s because there really IS a Lamborghini honey – but not everyone can get their hands on it.
While the Italian supercar is one of the world’s most iconic vehicles, it’s not as well known for some of its other ventures.
They include customisation shops, an events centre, and most unusually, its production of honey.
But unless you work for Lamborghini, you’re unlikely to ever get your hands on any…

It’s all a part of the carmaker’s sustainability drive as it aims to reduce its CO2 emissions…
Part of which involved installing an apiary with 600,000 bees at Lamborghini Park in 2016, producing more than 430 kilos of honey every single year.
And every Christmas, employees receive a jar of Lamborghini honey.
They’re not the only automaker to get in on the amber nectar, though – you can actually purchase Porsche’s honey at the brand’s factory shop, with more than 1,000 kilos produced every year.
And even Bentley have got in on the act too…
I’m not sure whether honey is the natural next step for most people in the automotive industry, but what is?
