Can I bolt on modules for a bespoke package?
Yes. Whilst the Small Business Package gives you the basics that you need to cover your legal duty-of-care – you can also ‘add’ additional modules from the suite of tools.
How is the service charged?
You buy annual licences to cover the number of employees using the system. If you employ more people you can simply ‘top up’ your account to add additional credits.
What is the typical set-up time?
This largely depends on you. If you already have a list of your employees ready to import data the system can be up and running within a few days.
