Tax/Ins/MOT vehicle checksThe system can check all Grey Fleet vehicles to ensure they are legal and roadworthy with Tax/MOT and have the correct business insurance for driving on company business.
Vehicle service & safety checksAny vehicle service maintenance or repair can be logged against each vehicle, including personal cars, company vehicles or commercial vehicles.
Accident managementAccidents can be recorded in the system either manually by drivers/managers or can be imported as a regular data feed. This updates the driver risk profile and can also trigger training if need be.
Telematics integrationIf you are using a 3rd party Telematics provider this can be integrated to pull into the system and link with the driver risk profile, ensuring your driver behaviour updates each driver's risk score. This can also trigger risk-reduction training to combat risky driving behaviour.
Driver ‘Passport’ to driveThis is a Permit to Drive system where all of the driver compliance feeds into one central status allowing you to report on which drivers do/do not have a valid Passport to drive.
Driver ‘Declaration’ systemThe Driver Declaration system allows you to capture ALL employees when you are unsure of which employees do/do not drive on company business at any point in their employment. This means ONLY the staff members who WILL be driving then go on to complete the full driver compliance checks within the system.
Pandemic testing controlsThis feature gives you extra protection in any event of a pandemic, where additional measures are put in place to protect all employees such as Covid restrictions and documenting the additional checks needed.
Document upload facilityThe system allows for document management so if you have any documentation you need your employees to read you can upload them directly into the platform.
1-2-1 manager reviews moduleThe system can schedule real-world reviews between drivers/managers should there be any risks highlighted that require a sit down review. You can configure what constitutes the need for a review or simply schedule annual 1-2-1 reviews.
Individual risk profilesEach driver is given a unique driver risk profile that is constantly updating based on a combination of user-input and automated system checks all year round. You can view a live driver risk profile to view the history of a driver over time to manage their individual risk.
User tagging & notesIf you need to use your own internal cost centres or specialist data tagging the system allows you to define your own tags for data imports which can help when you export back into your systems.
Scheduled task managementThe Task Monitor module takes care of all your driver/manager alerts and notifications so you never miss a check or alert regarding any legal compliance issues.
Campaign management toolYou can use the system to send your own internal communications to drivers and managers. You can target individuals or groups of users with the internal messaging system and target email users or SMS mobile users.
