Waging war against waste! Farmer returns hundreds of dumped tyres to regretful fly-tipper’s front lawn

You’re driving along a country road.
Beautiful scenery, a treat for the senses.
Windows down, lost in your own thoughts, not a care in the world.
It should be a perfect afternoon.
Then you spot them.
Twenty bin bags dumped on the side of the road. Perhaps a sofa or an old armchair too.
The flies are having a field day.
Fly-tipping’s a real problem in this country.
And if you’ve ever seen a bunch of rubbish on the side of the road and wondered what’s going to happen to it, you should click here to find out the answer.
Well, I wish this was what happened every time someone thought they had the right to leave their junk to rot on the side of the road.
See, unfortunately for the fly-tipper in this particular story, the farmer whose land he selected had cunningly set up plenty of CCTV.
Which means he captured clear images of the guy who was dumping old tyres on his property.
Tracked him down too.
And after giving him three days to come back and remove the waste, Farmer Stuart took matters into his own hands and kindly returned the tyres for him.
All four hundred and twenty-one of them. Right onto his front garden.
Now I know this isn’t the greatest of outcomes for the criminal’s neighbours.
But the sight of the tractor dumping the tyres in front of the house is quite something to behold! Enjoy.
